The Brief
Bray Town Centre is a major regeneration project to develop and enhance the existing functions of Bray town in Co.Wicklow.
Pizarro Developments approached Double O Design to help them communicate the benefits of enhanced residential, retail and leisure amenities to the residents of Bray.

Brand Design
One of the major features of the new Bray Town Centre development plan is the building of two new bridges to link the existing town with the new development.
These new links were taken as the basis for the Bray Town Centre brand identity. The logo reflects the projects vision, incorporating the theme of unity through bridging.
Double O Design also developed an evocative tagline to reinforce the message of the logo.

Local Communications
A retail unit on Bray Main Street was designed and fitted out as an information centre for the local community, with a range of promotional and display materials including a scale model of the entire development.
We designed a multi-channel advertising campaign in Bray and it's surrounding areas to increase awareness of the scheme, with seasonal newsletters providing ongoing updates and support to all residents and businesses in the area.

Web Design
The project website is maintained as both a contact for the community, and as a marketing tool for the scheme outside of the locality. It is the central location for all project related information, and is constantly updated by Pizarro Developments themselves through a custom built Content Management System.
Print Design
The retail scheme was launched at the British Council of Shopping Centres (BCSC) Conference in Newscastle & Gateshead in November 2007.
As well as the stand itself (2007 & 2008), we have designed various printed promotional items including bottled water, beach balls, T-Shirts and mints, along with more traditional brochureware and flyers for these events.
